Rohit Joshi is a yoga teacher and meditation educator with 12 years of teaching and practice experience. He holds graduate and postgraduate qualifications in Yoga Science from the University of Patanjali, Haridwar, completed in 2013. His areas of knowledge include yoga postures, pranayama, meditation, yogic lifestyle and classical yoga philosophy. His teaching is informed by traditional texts such as the Bhagavad Gita, Patanjali Yoga Sutras and Hatha Yoga Pradipika. At SarvYoga, he contributes to and reviews educational yoga content for clarity, accuracy and responsible practice.
