Arvind Singh Dhami is a yoga teacher and meditation educator with 15 years of practical teaching experience. He completed his graduation in Yoga Science from the University of Patanjali, Haridwar, in 2013. His teaching draws on traditional yogic knowledge, including the Bhagavad Gita, Patanjali Yoga Sutras and Hatha Yoga Pradipika.
