He completed his graduation in Yoga Science from the University of Patanjali, Haridwar, in 2013. His teaching draws on traditional yogic knowledge, including the Bhagavad Gita, Patanjali Yoga Sutras and Hatha Yoga Pradipika. At SarvYoga, he contributes to and reviews educational content on yoga postures, pranayama, meditation, yogic philosophy and responsible practice for learners at different levels.
