Warm-up

  • March gently in place.
  • Move the shoulders and arms.
  • Use small side steps.
  • Keep the pace easy enough for steady breathing.

Coordination section

  1. Step right and left through a simple pattern.
  2. Add a controlled arm movement.
  3. Pause before changing direction.
  4. Return to a neutral standing position.

Yoga transition

  • Tadasana
  • Supported Chair Pose
  • Warrior II
  • Wall-supported forward hinge
  • Low lunge with blocks

Finish quietly

Slow the movement before sitting or lying down. Use a supported floor pose and observe ordinary breathing.

Common mistakes

  • Changing pace suddenly.
  • Using complicated steps without preparation.
  • Moving into deep poses while breathing is hurried.
  • Skipping the final rest.

Practice limits

Stop when there is dizziness, loss of balance or sharp discomfort. Learn faster sequences and unfamiliar transitions from a qualified teacher.

Since June, I have been wanting to lose weight without having to experience so much pressure. I would want a fun way to lose fat, so I will do your tips.
