SarvYoga publishes educational content about yoga postures, pranayama, meditation, yoga philosophy and yoga-related lifestyle subjects. This policy explains how that content is attributed, reviewed, updated and corrected.
Our Teaching Team
SarvYoga content is assigned according to the subject knowledge of three yoga teachers:
- Arvind Singh Dhami is responsible for yoga asanas, yoga poses, pranayama, breathing practices, mudras and bandhas.
- Ravi Ranjan Singh is responsible for meditation, yoga philosophy, chakras and content related to traditional yoga texts.
- Rohit Joshi is responsible for prenatal yoga, fitness, lifestyle, general wellness and health-related yoga education.
Authorship and Legacy Content
Articles are attributed to the teacher responsible for their subject area. SarvYoga also contains legacy articles published over several years. These older articles have been assigned to appropriate teachers and are being reviewed and updated in stages.
Author attribution identifies the teacher responsible for the subject area. It does not automatically mean that every sentence of an older article has already completed a fresh editorial review. Material that has not yet been reviewed may be revised, narrowed, redirected or removed.
Traditional Yoga Sources
Our teachers may draw on traditional yoga knowledge, including the Bhagavad Gita, Patanjali Yoga Sutras, Hatha Yoga Pradipika and related traditions. Classical teachings are presented in their historical or yogic context and are not treated as automatic scientific or medical proof.
Health and Safety Standards
SarvYoga does not intend to diagnose, treat, cure, reverse or prevent disease. Health-related pages are limited to responsible yoga education and should not replace individual medical care.
Instructions should explain the practice level, important precautions and situations in which personal guidance may be necessary. Readers are encouraged to consult an appropriate healthcare professional when they are pregnant, recovering from an injury or surgery, managing a diagnosed condition, or concerned about symptoms.
Source and Link Standards
Where external factual support is required, preference is given to primary sources, recognized institutions, official documentation and reputable educational or health organizations. Commercial links are reviewed separately and are not treated as evidence for health claims.
Use of AI Tools
AI tools may assist with grammar, organization, metadata, technical audits and identifying outdated or potentially unsafe wording. AI-generated material is not treated as an independent factual source and does not replace review by an appropriate yoga teacher.
Updates and Corrections
Articles may be updated when instructions are unclear, terminology is outdated, sources have changed or safety wording needs improvement. Material that cannot be responsibly corrected may be removed from publication.
To report an error or request a correction, please use our contact page and include the article URL and the passage requiring review.
