Asana is a state of being in which you can remain stable, quiet and comfortable, calm, physically and mentally.
Most of the people link Asanas with gymnastic exercises or bodybuilding techniques. Which is a totally wrong concept. Asanas are neither designed for developing or growing huge unnecessary muscles.
